Great experience from start to finish. Guided to what would be best in the room. Installation was painless. Area cleared afterwards. Finished the alcove with a geo casted beam and plastering to neaten up. Looks great. Will post a picture once I’ve painted the walls the new colour. Even answered all my many (many) questions about building a fire afterwards. 100% recommend. Good prices, Good installation and you wont regret having a log burner

Doug is brilliant, came and quoted, explained the whole process needed to install our log burner. Some elements of the install required knocking part of the wall out and replastering - this was done with minimal disruption and Doug was very clean and tidy and protected all of the other furniture and flooring. We love our log burner and the job Doug did and we highly recommend him and his company

Doug came to install our wood burner earlier this year when we had no heating in the house so we were extremely grateful for him fitting us in when he did. After using it over the winter I can say that it has been worth every penny and we are looking forward to using it again in the coming months. Doug offered some great advice and provided reassurance throughout the whole process. We had some unfortunate delays to the install, due to supplier availability, but Doug kept us fully informed and arranged work around our schedules. Upon install, Doug walked us through the use and safety of the log burner, leaving us confident to use and maintain. Highly recommended!
